But it seems a lot of people are agreeing that this would be extremely helpful even to people that have been around here for quite a while.

Add "d" in "heaphones." Substitute "can't" for "can" and "cant."

IEM = Inner Ear Monitor

Doubtful. I trust that folks aren't using these in their cochlea.

In support of enzoferrari650 again, I'll just repeat what I said in the other thread plus a few other advantages:

1. The language we use here in head-fi is unique to headphone nuts.
2. It benefits newbies like me and even some more experienced ones (with testiment from other posters).
3. We'll be boosting the image of head-fi and audiophiles in general because we have created a new 'language'!

Wonder what we should call it... Headphonian? Audiophilian?

Take out the comma between Apheared and 42 in the META42 definition.

PPA = PPL's Portable Amplifier

Feel like adding links to the DIY projects and commercial amps?

cans = headphones

Define KGSS if you're going to use it in a definition

no 'bump'?

Too bad the list is final, otherwise you could have added -

Bose = Wrong way of spelling "Best"

I thought acronyms arn't supposed to include "the". Like FOTM should be FOM.. english majors? Wait, what would english majors know about acronyms. :p

Biggie.

These are INTERNET acronyms, and hence, don't comply with normal 3|\|g1|$|-| (really bad leet...english)...lol

anyway, ROFL just looks wrong, it's ROTFL (pronounced ROT-FULL), then there's "Rot-Full-Mao", like mao zhe dung (spelled incorrectly).

You should add POS to the list also since I use that to describe some things, lol.
