Koss Porta Pro and Sporta Pro and KSC-35 right?

Ksc-75 shares with something else too I think I forgot.

The 75's drivers are titanium coated from what i know. Same shape but different sound?

The Ultrasone headphones I mentioned are the same, that has been confirmed by a representative, only the housing is different.

The Denon AH-D1100 and AH-A100 are basically the same headphone except the pads and enclosures; based on the BOM (I don't have the link).

The Sony MDR-SA3000 and SA5000 use the same driver, but nothing else (based on the service manual).

I don't believe there is any difference between the AH-D2000/5000 in terms of the driver; I think it's like the D1100/A100 or SA3000/SA5000 - you're changing things aside from the driver to impact the sound.

Also, all of the various versions of the Ultrasone Edition 8 are the same driver - not sure if that's worth noting or not (it seems common-sensical to me, but perhaps not to everyone, since they have different prices and titles, and some headphones with the "same name" do change drivers (like the Koss Pro4 series)).

And the K701/K702 are the same driver (headphone); pretty sure the Q701 is in there as well, and is again just an enclosure change to impact the sound.

:EDIT

One more I thought of; I'm pretty sure the Grado RS2 and RS1 are the same driver, just a different enclosure as well (the Grado marketing material is all I have to substantiate this - they more or less come right out and say that).

And it might be worth noting on the list that just because two headphones have the same driver, does not mean they will sound the same.

Where have you seen that hd595 & hd598 share same driver ? I've read countless post claiming it's not the case.

It would be nice  , that on  the first , main post,  there were pics or links to provide proof that two headphone share same drivers.

Not sure, but there is a fair amount of concensus that the Koss DJ100 and the Koss Tony Bennette edition share the same drivers..

It's the same headphone with minor changes : case & detachable cable & off course the "tony benette" association.
