In this thread I described that the yellow filter of my brand new LZ A7 has the filter mesh placed on the wrong side of the filter. This is the way it was supplied to me.
I asked Linsoul, the vendor, who sold me the unit for warranty replacement. He told me to use "tweezers" to fix it myself.
Does anyone have direct contact to LZ ? I would like to ask them for a warranty replacement directly.
