Jarek, can’t listen or download, that’s why I asking for repost, maybe Larry retreated the file......please check with Larry again

It's literally my file. Larry has no access to editing it.

On a side note: someone on another forum softly accused me of edits on the audio. Those are not edits. Those are audio files from WeChat and you have about 1 minute each "recording" before you have to start another one or the program splits up the audio. No edits were done. Included is the exact conversation I recorded the audio from (see screenshot). You're welcome to time the beeps to the time stamps in the audio as you're listening.

Also, to reiterate another post I made on that forum:

The exact question this recording was in regards to was:

"Jarek, you stated that "campaign funds stayed within respective campaigns" and Hercules then queried, if that is the case, why have other campaigns (eg Vi Dac, Source, remaining Pulse, etc) stalled along with the Wave campaign. " This question, along with a variation, about why the Analog campaign hasn't moved along since it has its own money. AS WELL AS why the campaigns are all stalling, in regards to the idea that there is one singular grand reason. (there isn't) ---> which is why he said "it's funny"...because the idea that there is one singular grand reason isn't true.

At no point in my time knowing him has Larry ever laughed or made light of the campaign issues or money issues. In fact, on MULTIPLE occasions, Larry has expressed a lot of distress over the matter.

And as LH Labs has stated multiple times (as reiterated in that audio recording): LH Labs lost money on IGG due to the business model. The model did not work out as a money maker as they had hoped, and that is (part) of why the campaigns have had issues.

I'm unsure OTHER backers would like to get zero updates

Thats all we've ever gotten Jarek, ZERO updates. There have been no updates of any substance in many years' time, in fact ever since Pulse shipments ceased all further "updates" on every campaign have been pure fiction, nothing that anyone can use to gauge when the products they paid for years ago will actually be produced and shipped. In that sense there haven't been any updates in a VERY long time.

it's up to the community to police itself, as I've stated multiple times.

Weak threat, as it always was, and an even weaker attempt to pit some members against others. It had a tiny amount of success originally when there were a larger number of backers retaining hope. Now it's a completely empty threat, no one believes anything said in any of these updates and the threat to have them cease means nothing. Don't expect a bunch of members to chime in on your behalf here, at this point that ship has sailed.

Larry gave you a candid 2 minute conversation update which provided more information than the past 2 months have on that campaign.

No he didn't, he gave an edit filled rehash of old BS, the only illuminating aspect was just how hazy his memory is on the entire thing. He doesn't even remember any details of these campaigns nor does he care, he long ago abandoned the IGG backers and is just going through the motions now, just as he has for years.

Use the Chrome browser, that should work. Safari did not work for me but Chrome did.

Tried both Chrome and Safari on iPad, will try again when I reach my desktop

Exactly, no "update" has amounted to a hill of beans in many years' time. No one wants "updates", we just want our money back.
Larry will work with IGG eh? I doubt it, unless they are hot under the collar regarding legal acton. They should be.

And one liner update inside comments section didn’t meet IGG requirement, we just asking for update according to IGG requirement, it’s not harsh request at all

[merged]

Again, please refrain from getting personal in posts. Let's keep the discussion focused on the Wave and LH Labs, not individuals taking part in the discussion.

It’s kinda impossible when we’re not dealing with an actual company. LHL is Larry and vis versa. LH Labs is a front.

As a note, I'm not only referring to Larry, as there have been personal comments on those who are currently active in the thread. I personally think it's reasonable enough to avoid name calling while still vocalizing frustrations with the current situation we backers find ourselves.

I "third" the sentiment to keep the thread on point. Doing so not only saves us from getting ourselves wound up with unnecessary aggravation, it keeps the lines of communication open when we backers have something useful to say to each other.

So if the business model was so poor did you consult with IGG on how to fix this? At some point the evidence was clear to you that you should have stopped and refunded. Was this before or after Gavin left? Have you notified IGG of your inability to make your products?

What is the other "(part)" you are referring to?
