I heard the 2nd batch had the bass increase (the 1st batch was a mistake with the lower bass?).

I saw two different graphs with one having more bass (proper looking bass if you ask me).

But can't find them for sale anywhere.
Anyone has a date when the 2nd batch will be on sale again? And where can I find them?

Can confirm, Letshuoer Support says so

And whoever is curious the guy recommended EJ07M as most direct upgrade for S12
