Yup, the Diva. The 802D is very good. Like you said, the bass terrifyingly deep and the highs extended. However, I thought there was just a tad too much bass. Maybe it was the room or the associated equipment, but it was just over-the-top. The Diva, on the other hand, sounded better. Both of them cost virtually the same after whatever dealer discounts we could get for purchasing a full system so it was a no brainer even though we knew that the tables could turn the other way given that our listening 'room' is not the same size or shape as the auditioning room. Well almost two years after the purchase, I can say we are very happy and content.

no they cannot

there are many steps to take before conflicts end up in the court and only a handful ever show up in court - most conflicts are resolved without becoming disputed

sorry to burst your bubble - but i just learned about this today in my Legal Studies class and felt like sharing
