Hello,
I have been talking to people again. They also told me about 13 degree thing, but I was told 13 degree Fahrenheits. That's about -10 degrees Celcius.
Can anyone confirm the units?

P.S. ... On a separete note (on naturally occuring noxious elements) you should be super careful when you come to Japanese Hotsprings. Please please do not venture to the source. You might come in contact with a powerful packet of Sulphor Dioxide Gas (SO2) which will knock you out and prolonged exposure is fatal.
