OK folks last call for the first round, I'm going to start adding from the beginning now, and around 10pm EST i'm going to close it up and add what i have to the first post as an attachment! I'd love to see the more talented excel users out there go crazy with graphs, charts (improvements!) all of which I'd be happy to include in the first post!

Unfortunately I dunno any other way to convert my excel sheet to something everyone can see- any ideas folks?

In Excel using "Save as..." you can save it into HTML for example. At the bottom of the dialog you get there will be a "Save as type" option; change the type over there.
