Between these two, could anyone give their opinions on differences in sound signature, comfort, portability and build? Which one do you prefer?
 
I'm trying to decide between these two, and a comparison of their features and sound would be great.

no problem, it's actually a thread that if you don't know it exist you won't bump into it.  Book mark it, it's a pretty cool thread to read as it has so many headphones.
