Which do you prefer and why? I just received my KSC35s in the mail. Right now, I give the 75s a slight edge because I prefer the brighter sound signature. Both are fantastic 'phones, though

35's hands down..
wondering if those whom voted have heard both pairs?

By a fair margin, nonetheless

Any particular reason? Just curious.

I love the sound from KSC35 more

Warmer and sweeter in mid.
I think the non-titanium driver and perfectly fitted ear-clip make the differences. Just recently grasped two brand-new KSC35 from eBay

The KSC75, with it's brighter highs, eventually gets too shrill for my ears. I think high frequencies really begin to fatigue my ears much more quickly than the low end. As such, even though I prefer the bass level of the KSC75, I have to go with the 35 as my driver of choice, because the warmer signature allows me to listen more comfortably. Plus, it's the driver in the PortaPro!!

It seems that most people prefer the KSC-35. From reading previous posts, it seems that the 75 is basically the 35 with a coating of titanium to tame the bass and increase the highs. It seems to me like this would only increase production costs. This begs the obvious question as to why Koss stopped production of the 35. Why stop selling a product that people like more, and should cost less to produce?

KSC-75 is much more natural sounding and clearer, have a more linear frequenzie to my ears, is better with the home stereo and x-can, more hifi overall, the non titanium drivers are to muddy to my ears, sounds more like those 5$ Coby headphones my mother had
