Auto shutdown suddenly stopped working. I set it to Shutdown after 10mins of no activity, it's not doing it. Was using FiiO Music app in Pure Music mode and music was on Pause.

Karloil, Did you reset the X7 again ? and then try it again ?

I've had this problem since FW 2.0. I thought I was the only one. However, it's been intermittent and it's time consuming to test). I wonder if I just had some rogue background process keeping the X7 from powering off? I will try to check this out further with 3.0.4beta...

Interesting polling results so far. Nobody seems to care about using the X7 as a USB DAC on a Mac

Two DSD tracks from an album. Not plays on X7 on any FW version. Note that this files are from the only DSD album that i can't play on Fiio X7 from more than 500 DSD albums in my library:

Also RuFrost post another DSD files that can't not play on Fiio X7. I check it and occurs the same:
 

2) relatively to DSD. The sample rate of X7 is at maximum 192000, while dsd file is much larger 5664800! I think it is the reason for inability to play dsd on laptop even with x7 plugged in.
I think even in when I use onkyo or any other player to play dsd - it converts it to pcm, therefore, so far, even though I own x7 for so long, I still cannot experience dsd after 4 months(((

Turns out the issue is intermittent. It doesn't want to auto shutdown again. Never experienced this in 2.0, now using 3.0.4.

I updated to the same FW, but the problem stayed the same - still does not work - the player shows the file is played, but there is no sound((

Now I noticed that the light pipe (Pulsar Light) suddenly stopped working too! It was set to 'Lit' while the device is working. Cleared cache again and started to work.

For me, same as Rufrost: the player shows the file is played, but there is no sound. I play it on X7 from an external USB device.
