I have been reading around and can't understand is it the big difference between them or not?

I using iphone, no amp and listening to rap, hiphop, pop and electronic music and i need good SQ with good deep bass. Which one of them i should pick up? Or i need something else? If it possible to take as cheapest as it possible?

There's defintely a difference in sound quality - X10 is much better. Maybe not hugely better unamped, probably not worth an extra $150 on sound quality alone either.

The size, comfort and fit is remarkable though.

S4 (not tried) is great bang for the buck though - from what I've read.

X10 in my opinion id overpriced when it comes to sound quality, but the comfort is worth paying for if you have issues with other IEMs/earphones.

They both have good bass response and SQ (better on X10 obviously) but you will need a good seal.

Remember that the X10 costs around 3 times as much.

Maybe you could look into a cheaper Klipsch X5 (very similar shape/fit - comfortable etc.).

Personally, I would decide on a budget FIRST and then spend all of it. Otherwise, you might want to upgrade in a few weeks/months and will lose money.

WIth the X10/X5 the cable/general frailty is touted as an issue, so a warranty would be useful but at the same time, a new pair may cost double of a used air, so make up your own mind.
