Hi guys, I would like to know which out of these 2 headphones are the best and their pros and cons please. Im mainly looking for comfort and durability with good sound quality. Open to any other headphones for under £50 too. Thanks.

Having owned both S4 and SE215, I honestly feel the se215 is superior in all aspects. Better bass, clearer mids and highs, more comfortable.

S4 is terrible, MC5 is just ordinary not good. I've listened to both and can attest to that. I haven't heard the SE215, but from reviews I've read, there is no doubt in my mind it's better than S4 and MC5.
 
Best option, if you like a little bass oomph, for under 50 quid is the Vsonic GR06 on eBay.
