So I just bought a pair of Koss KEB40's from suckbuy today and I didn't get the extended warranty, I didn't think I would need it. Turns out that I got home, started listening to music, and found out that if I make the slightest movement with the left Tip the sound cuts off. So I took the tips off, had to anyway being I have small ears, and put a different pair on. Same problem. I took those tips off and unplugged/replugged my earbuds (had to do this every time to reset the speaker) and found that without tips the earbuds work perfectly fine.
Now, I need some advice on what to do with these headphones. I'm not sure bestbuy's policy or if I should simply send them to Koss for replacement. They work as long as I don't move much. Anyone else experience issue's like this? Thank you.
P.S. If there are any tip mods that I can do I'd love to know.
