what is the max ouput power at 32 ohms ? and price ?

I've read on some chinese website that it will be 550mw under balanced and that it might be able to detect PD ability of your phone and this way increase it's power output beyond what dongles were able to do so far. I could be completely off the target, because I had to use translation to read it and it's a rumor of the rumor.
Edit: actually it's not a rumor, it's official from Fiio on weibo, 550mw power is official, PD could be just a rumor.

What output power is into 16Ohms? Because a lot of IEMS are below 32Ohms and almost every single dongle is current limited below 32Ohms.
