Moving from one pair of cans to another has its moments, but there is no question that you have to allow your ears time to adjust. I can move between the Beyers and my AKGs fairly easily, but going from one of the others to the Grados is a fairly rude awakening. Going back is very tough indeed - I am beginning to see why some settle on a single pair of cans.

Time to pass them on to someone else I guess... Then try a different pair of headphones.
