I'm currently using Dared MP-5 for my 701 and I really like how it sounds. Only thing I would complain is that low humming noise.

I'm using my Dynalo (aka Gilmore Lite) with my new K701. They're still burning in and I listen to them every 24 hours or so...so far I like what I'm hearing. The bass is filling in nicely and has good punch. No sibiliance anymore and the highs just seem to float around you. The clarity in these cans is just simply amazing!

EDIT: My wife just walked past the den and saw me with them on and started laughing! She says they're huge!

A Behringer DEQ 2496 to minimize the K701's many problems, then whatever amp you feel like.

how does the darkvoice 336i handle these phones?

Don't know how the 336i sounds, but I can say the Darkvoice 332 soudns great. There could be more bass, but hopefully, new tubes (using the stock ones right now) will correct this.
