The K701 is cold. Cold is not bad, it's not good, it's what it is. I think one should embrace the coldness rather than fight it. If you need warmth try another headphone.
K701 - cold? And how do I warm them up?

Simply place them on/near the heater; that should warm em up.

You're all talking about lack of warmth , i'm talking about lack of bass, my burnt-in K701 hooked up to a Yulong DAh1 + frequency generator could not go under 30Hz ...
