Slow Jamz for you all you old timers. Enjoy! I think this is the era when kpop branched off from jpop in how the singing and melody was done. Kpop started to mimic American R&B. Slow music mimicking American soul at the time. If you look at music before 2000s, kpop and jpop share so much similarities. If we go even further back, same goes for Enka and Trot, very similar. I think this early era was best for R&B anywhere.
