actually i think the more expensive solos are like like that too, its just these ones are the 10 dollars one, so they have the wires on both sides and that really gives it away that they are fake.

Yeah, I think the fake Solos on Taobao have one cord.

yeah its just this cheap version that has cord on both sides, i dont find it that big of a deal tho unless you try to make it look real to fool your friends...

reddragon why?  When there is already a $10 fake beats thread (newly created and at the top of the thread list) why would you create another $10 Beats fake thread?  It is arguable that $10 Fake Beats threads don't even belong on Headfi, but why do we have 2 new threads on the same day? http://www.head-fi.org/t/603418/10-dealextreme-fake-beats-solo-impression

well mine was the impression thread, this is more like just talking about it in general. i actually put my impression over here on this thread first but then i felt like making a new thread since its an impression, not really discussion.

Yeah i broke down and ordered a pair of the fake solo's and tour's from the link the op had provided.  they will do nicely to throw in my gym bag.  i would feel awful if i sweated into a good pair of headphones and killed them.  I,m always afraid i will ruin my good headphones.
Has anyone else ordered from this ebayer and can post more photos.  Curious
