Getting a fine is no big deal. It's nothing. I get them all the time. Almost not even worthy of mentioning but ok, it's a part of life and you are living life. It's a good thing.

I don't understand how some people 'get fines all the time'. Seriously, it is not that hard to comply with road rules...

As long as you are paying attention it is fairly easy, certainly wherever I have lived (UK and US) speed limits have generally been obviously posted and for non highway there is normally a default speed limit.

Some people make a conscious decision to break the rules, often there is no comeback; sometimes they get a fine/ticket/points; sometimes they cause death, serious injury or damage by their decision.

If you knowingly break the rules and get caught you should not complain about it.

Sometimes we go for sizzling speed and rock the entire roads. As long as you are paying attention it is fairly easy, certainly wherever I have lived (UK and US) speed limits have generally been obviously posted and for non highway there is normally a default speed limit.
