Great headphones when you consider that price, I have to say. They are the "beatport edition" which means nothing about the audio quality, but means that it has a green cable (which I actually think goes nicely with the all black headphones). Its under "used" but I assume they are liquidated display models as the cable isn't detachable on mine, unfortunately. This is especially unfortunate because the cable is coiled and is ridiculously long. Combine that with the cable from the other side of my FiiO and you have a absurd length of cables to lug around. Otherwise there is no way to distinguish these from the retail version. There are plenty of reviews on here for the TMA-1's already, so I'm not going to do one myself. I should point out that mine are in perfect shape with no scratches or sign of use at all. Must not have been a very popular choice at whatever store they were in.
