The band will be releasing their 17th studio CD on May 14th, called "Vapour Trails."

Yes, I am definitely aware and anxiously awaiting for the new RUSH CD on May 14th. We'll have to start a thread and talk about it after it's released.

I'm sure that the new CD will be a rocker! So much for getting "old" and playing La Bamba music, eh?

If the new single is any indication, this band is definitely getting better with age! Neil is on top form, as usual.

After the dark cloud that hung over the band a few years ago, Neil sounds like he's got a fresh set of wings. I know he re-married after the tragic losses of his wife and daughter, so I'm sure he was quite eager to get back to his 'real' job. Geddy's solo MFH effort was great, so I won't be surprised to see a really edgy sound to their new music.

I'd *love* to see three more studio CDs, plus a final live set that might be held in the Skydome, say, over two or three nights. I think it would be most fitting if they ended their career with a live performance CD. Of course, they would be in their mid-to-late 50's if this all happened, but wouldn't that be great!
