I know many people have said that Marantz include decent headphone outputs on their products, but does this include their A/V amps too?
 
I was thinking about putting my SR4300 back into service!

Well I once owned the SR4200 and found it sounded just fine with headphones, though of course it will depend to some degree on the headphone impedance. Try it and let us all know.
