Well still haven't got anything sorted regarding getting a cable, as requested I emailed you on 31.07.22, and have not had a reply, and to be honest can't be bothered anymore, have been trying with jh audio now for over 3 months and thd aftersales is just abysmalCan you please email me at AJD@JHAudio.com so I can take care of this for you! Just hope anyone getting their new iem's don't have any problems in the future cause judging by the way I have been treated, they won't get the help
I'll certainly not be buying from them again
