^Not that it matters, but if I read your profile right, you're still in HS?  If so, wow and I'm full with envy.

Yes, I am in HS. I know it may seem weird, but I've been into this for well over 2 years. Recently got more interested in the beginning of last year. Started up a review site, and everything took off from there.

My suggestion would be to make sure nothing is visible through the windows when you park.

Sorry...had to say it...have had my car broken into over there, but the same could be said by folks in almost any of the city neighborhoods, I suppose.

I usually end up at Elysian Brewing when I'm on the Hill.  Haven't been there in ages.  There's also Elysian Fields over near the stadiums, which I think had a ton of space.  If there's no sports events going on that evening, maybe the latter would be a good option?  Parking on the Hill can be a major pain in rear, especially on weekend nights.

Didn't think Jack was going to ship it out in time for the meet. Looks like Christmas came early. I bet this will sound good with the HD700.

Looks like Ken from Revolution Power is going to make it. Who is bringing any DIY gear?

My modest DIY contribution:

  1. Objective2 (O2) amplifier
  2. LCD-2 cable made with 96/44 Kerrigan-Lewis Litz Wire
  3. USB cable with Moon-Audio Silver Dragon V3 (netbook >> Bifrost)
  4. Interconnects with CAT5 / Teflon tape / foil (Bifrost >> Lyr)

Crap. I will miss this meet by a week. I plan on being in seattle from the 30th to the 8th.

Im in. Will do my best to bring my gear but this time it is exactly the same as the last three times.

Wow, $65 for ear impressions?!?!?!  I appreciate the offer by them but does anyone really pay that much? Ive had ear impressions made three times, once for $20 from an idiot at Beltones and twice from a very skilled audiologist lady in Renton. She also charged me $20 for both ears. Also, if your earpiece comes back and doesnt fit perfect because any part is too big she will buff it to fit for free. Anyhow, perhaps they are a better option and there is a reason for that price.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Looks like a great spot for a fun meet.

Sachu just clued me in a few minutes ago on this meet. i felt bad i missed the one in Jan. the weather should not be an issue this time.

today i recieved the Headamp Aristaeus and would plan to bring that and my O2 Mk1's and 009's. likely my BHSE still won't make it in time for April 14th, it's only been 13 months 'so far' since i ordered.

not sure on other stuff at this point.

But on a somewhat related note, I just booked a trip today out to WA for August 4-12 and if a meet happens to coincide within that timeframe, chances are good I'd stop by. Although my itinerary will have me going out to Olympic National Park, I could definitely take a detour into Seattle. I have to say that Seattle overall has the best food I've had anywhere btw - it definitely beat out Tampa, NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston for me which I all also visited last year (NYC twice, even). Heck, would love to stop by Seattle again just for the food, it was that good.
