I can only hope so.

I'm looking for something different to complement my 325is when I don't feel like blazing, knuckle-skinning impact, so I hope "warm and laid-back" will fit the bill nicely.

Uh, the HD-650 won't really help cut down the frequency of visits to Head-Fi or posting activity.

However, I do expect you to fully enjoy them. Congrats!

I am in the same boat, congrats! I purchased my 650s and the Silver Dragon Cable upgrade from Moon Audio. Should be sitting on my doorstep when I get home from work!

Maybe laid back was a bad choice of words. Darker compared to the traditional Grado bright sound. It was smooth but definitely not without kick.
