Bought these both on cassette. I must've been around 10-12 at the time.

My first 10 albums came from Columbia Record clubin 1976/7 at the age of 9 or 10. Aside from the Alice Cooper album there was Kiss "Rock and Roll Over", Starland Vocal Band, a Beatles record, Jefferson Starship "Spitfire" and five others I don't remember.

I've come a long way since I was 10. Having said that, I must've listened to the Linkin Park cd thousands upon thousands of times. I also remember the store I bought these at.

l
hybrid theory was my first album. i was in the 2nd grade then, and i saved my allowances to get it. i played this album everyday and my dad had bought me tickets for my 8th birthday to see them live and that was my first big concert

. but by 5th grade i lost my love with linkin park when i discovered rush 2112 on my dads CD shelf and i think i listened to that album walking to school everyday of that year.
