I just brought my new amperior from amazon, about 220$, and I have some problems on why it has such poor design....

I have two pairs of Amperiors and haven't had any issues and love the sound from them, hence why I have two pairs...one remains at home in the bedroom and the other in my bag to take to work and travelling. They've been very sturdy and stood up well to being bashed around without case protection. The pair you have do not look new and I'd take it up with the seller as well as informing Sennheiser as they may well be copies...worth checking.

And I see there are all good commons, so why I trust and buy one from their store.
 
maybe it is not out of ordinary but just I am too detail.
 
Because this is my first HD 25 headphone. so I just too care for the detail, because I dont know what HD 25 supposed  to be like...
