And to think had this guy not been so greedy and sold them for $300 (maybe even $400 given that ebay auction) then he'd have made a healthy profit and been done with it.

Maybe Grado should have design the phones in such a way that they will spontaneously combust when the owner tries to sell it for exorbitant amount...
