Hi,

I am currently running Trend usb ud-10->dac->dynahi->dt990, before the ud-10 I was using av-710. Sometimes when I am listening to music it sounds like the edge buzzes, can't really describe it, seems like lagging a little bit but mainly just buzzes or sounds frayed. Is this what jitter sounds like? Should I add a dip between the ud-10 and the dac? I havent had time to charge the battery for the ud-10 so I am hoping that this noise is just computer noise. Any comments?

Sounds more like clipping to me. It happens on CDs with liberal compression applied. It's a problem with the disc, not your gear.

so this problem exist on my music file because it was extracted from the cd? It sounds more like buzzing or fuzzy edges though than clipping.
