just pick up a cheap soldering iron and some electronic solder at your local Radioshack or whatever. A 5 dollar iron would work fine.

You can pick up a cheap Weller iron at Radioshack that will come with solder. I use one for anything soldering, it's a bright orange non-variable iron. Basic and cheap, but it will do anything you need it to.
