Hi, I've started to lose sound in my SE846 when my cable moves in certain ways. Looking into the connector, it looks "half" there? Does it look like one side broke off?

Yeah that should be a complete circle/barrel so that's definitely split and is probably causing your connection issues
They'll be able to repair it though

Got it, thank you! The other ear piece is a full circle, but this helps me confirm it. I will get them in for repair then.

Welp, sent it to Shure and the best they're willing to do is give me a $350 single ear replacement. Totally ridiculous. Anyone know a third party that can repair the connector?
