I am wondering, if there is something like 'female' Sennheiser connector?

I want to try my Equinox and (soon to be here) Cardas cable on my old Beyerdynamic headphones. Both come with the Sennheiser connector. But before I cut of the Sennheiser plug off to attach them to my Beyer cans I would like to experiemnet with them and swith back and forth on my Beyer cans.

Maybe someone has a DIY idea?

Of course! If there were only male Sennheiser connectors, there couldn't be any baby Senheiser connectors!

Sorry, I just couldn't resist.

Honestly, I don't know the answer to your question but I'm sure someone will.

You should ask this in the DIY forum. People struggle to find the male connectors. Someone else probably has a better solution, but I'd strip the insulation off the wire that you want to go from the Sennheiser style cable to the Beyers and wrap it around the posts. (I do something similar to wrap load resistors across my amplifier to test it.) You could also add test clips to the wires.
