I'm speaking strictly about the headband.........it definitely feels like one of my earcups is looser in the adjusting section.
 
Does anyone else have this issue?
 
I notified Beyerdynamic about my pair and they're going to fix it, but I'm wondering if others have this slight issue and haven't done anything to fix it.  Or am I just terribly unlucky? ha

I have had no issues with the build of my T1. The headband and cups are fine at least for me.  Everything is great and I love the build quality. I just checked mine and still no problem. Well hopefully you get them quickly.

Nope, sometime i even feel the adjusting section is too tight to adjust.

I can confirm that one side moves a bit smoother than the other side, but no problem for me at all since they stay in position.

Same here. One side is tighter to adjust than the other but after adjusting them there is no issue.

Agreed, the left side of mine is slightly easier to adjust - but I wouldn't go as far as to call it an issue though since they stay well in place.
