I'm interested in buying the Yuin PK3 for myself, but on Amazon there's a combo package of the PK3 with a Fiio E5 for $49+shipping..

Now I'm wondering if there's any point for me to get the E5 with the PK3. My source is a Sansa Clip 8GB. Would the Clip benefit from the E5 with the PK3 or with my Sony V6es, or would the Clip's lack of a line-out kind of ruin things?
 
Connecting the Clip to the E5 with Velcro and a small interconnect would be a fun project too!
 
The savings aren't really that much buying them together, I could buy the PK3 from Amazon and order the E5 from Dealextreme and it would cost around $3 more. 
 
I guess my real question is, would the E5 improve the SQ of my Clip enough to warrant the extra $15? That extra $15 is coming out of my MS-1 fund..

Given PK3 (or the future MS1) is not hard to drive at all, I think you'll be fine without one, especially since you have a tight budget.
