Instead of using eq settings from winamp, is there a program to have the eq setting all through out ?
 
I have odac/o2 combo, but there isn't any eq settings under device settings

So you'd like to have the eq you have on winamp on your entire computer? As far as a know, it's not possible with windows or the 02/odac. You could get the fiio e17 and use its equalizer to eq everything streamed through it.
