[Fungus]

I've tried to tightening it with a negative screwdriver but doesn't seen to make much of a difference which is strange cos I remember doing the exact same thing on my old hd25-II and the swivel joint were easily tightened. The screw on the amperiors were already screwed to the max when I first bought them yet the swivel still moved without much effort, a huge annoyance particularly when I have to keep readjusting it on my head to get a proper fit. In my opinion a design flaw by sennheiser, what where they thinking??  
 
Also on my amperiors, the screw on the clamp are in black, not silver like the others I've seen. Is this normal and should I be worried?
