Is it possible to convert 4.4MM TRRS (Balanced, for Sony DAPs) to normal 3.5mm with an adapter?

I like to use my IEMs sometimes with different sources other than the Sony Dap. Swapping the cables all of the time is a lot of work and probably can't be good for the good connections on the IEMs. Is there any easy way to get a simple adapter that could convert it to 3.5mm?

Thanks

I recently got this FiiO converter https://www.fiio.com/newsinfo/93379.html?templateId=1133604

I think, but not 100% sure if they still make/sell, I got mine through an eBay seller in China (https://www.ebay.com/itm/153331675714?ul_noapp=true). With shipping to the US, ~US$40, but very sturdy, well-made and I'm very pleased. I use them on my SD 660s 4.4mm balanced connection, as I also didn't want to be swapping the cable out all the time. I use to connect to my MBP for YouTube, other videos, etc....

I've heard of people getting shoddy ones on eBay for ~$20 that only have a single channel; not an issue w/ the FiiO.

I got this adapter and it works very well: ddHiFi 3.5mm male single ended to 4.4mm female balanced. Make sure you select the 3.5mm version from the dropdown menu.
I'm in a same situation. I have the Sony WM1A and my cables are 4.4mm TRRS balanced, but sometimes I like to use my IEM and headphones with the Chord Mojo (3.5mm single ended output).
