Im planning to get the sennheiser IE8 from amazon soon..im wondering if its worthed to get or is there another option in the market for similar prices?
i listen to all type of music but mostly alternative/rock genre...

give JR a call, they'll lower the price of the IE8 to $250 though it might take a bit of convincing, inform them a authorized ebay seller has it at $250
