I'm quitting coffee altogether. While is a great pick-me-up, it has affected the way I look at mornings. Plus, I get headaches more often. However, I won't quit drinking other caffeinated beverages, but in moderation. Tea is something I enjoy a lot, but I'll start drinking the lighter teas instead of black.
