I've been wanting to hear the K501 for a while. What's the difference between the K500 and K501?

Not sure on differences having only heard to the K501, but supposedly, the K500 has less bass. Too bad no one has the elusive K501 for comparisons. Here's to hoping it gets here from Canada within the next few weeks.

And the K500 is black, and K501 is purple.

I can bring the Weiss DAC202 DAC and Stax Omega II MkI, Senn Baby Orpheus, and HE Audio electrostat.
Likely just leave the 'stats next to someone's 'stat amp for people to compare and the Weiss DAC hooked up to the transport at the time (or even computer via firewire) at the station.

Nice. We'll keep the 'stats in one place with a sign that re-emphasizes no water, fluids, or food (I'm serious about this too even though the meet won't be that big.)
