I will be receiving my iQube very soon, and my UM2 just got stolen which means i need a new pair of headphones / iem.

Any recommendations on which headphone / iem i should purchase for my iQube ? At the moment im leaning against Audio-Technica ATH-ESW9.

i had a chance to try iqube with my hd650 and dt990 for a day.
it drove both headphones quite well. not as good as desktop amps that i had but better than any other portable amps that i've tried. so i believe iqube can be used with most full-sized headphones if not all.

My iQube pairs very very nicely with the Triple.fis. I owned the ESW9s for a while and they also matched quite nicely with the iQube. However, I found the ESW9s quite uncomfortable for extended listening and sold them.

I agree, re iqube and esw9 seem to be particularly well matched.
tbh, any decent iem/headphone will go well with the iqube owing to its neutral presentation
