Ipod Line Out Dock that also charges using AC adapter?

Anyone know of an inexpensive ipod 4th gen compatible dock with a "true line out" that also charges using an AC adapter? I found the ALO cryo dock and the turbo dock referenced in this forum but they only seem to connect to the amplifier directly and I'm guessing the ipod runs off of battery as a result.

no that is exactly what I dont think i want, because it doesn't charge the ipod using an ac adapter right? if I use that to line out to my amp, then I would be running off of battery power on the ipod right?

Not if you plug an USB cable into the dock, which then are hooked up to an USB wall-wart.

To further expand on that post, if you have a USB charger that you plug into the wall (i.e. the Apple "iPod USB Power Adapter") and has a USB female plug, you can use a USB cable to connect into that mini-USB port in the dock to charge the iPod while you're listening through the LOD output!
