I have an old iPod classic 6.5 120gb that I recently installed Rockbox onto and it's honestly been a life changer!
Looked at a few tutorials online and bought the kit to upgrade my iPod to SD card storage then reinstall Rockbox.

- Has anyone here already done this procedure, and are there yes-yes or no-no's you'd feel the need to share, before I destroy the whole thing?
- Brands of SD card I should look into?
- Rockbox settings/plug-ins that are advised?
- Is a DAC/Headphone amp necessary to get the most out of the experience following this procedure?
