Is the Bluetooth version wrong? Isn’t the current version 5.4?
Hi there, No, it is not wrong. For this budget-friendly music player, xDuoo went with 4.2.

1) the processor is X1600.
2) X5 is truly amzing DAP in terms of sound quality - hits way above its price few times, at least, imho.

How can we reach Xduoo and enter direct support, messaging? There are lots of bugs in X5's firmware which need to be discussed.

Just in case, I will list only those problems that I encountered and that I remember.
1. Noticeable slowdowns when scrolling the list.
2. The player can freeze when trying to load a cover. Maybe it would be worth adding the ability to disable covers altogether.
3. Sometimes when you press "play/pause" the next track is turned on.
4. There is a real lack of the ability to customize the controls, maybe make some hotkeys, like double-pressing the volume - the next track, and single - minus the volume. The previous track cannot be assigned to the buttons at all at the moment, and for me this is important.
5. The player cannot play through folders. Having reached the end of the folder, it stops or starts over.
6. The player spontaneously starts scanning after turning on if the lock screen is on. And if the lock screen is not on, then you cannot assign play/pause to the buttons.
7. After the off state, it does not always correctly load the last song and the last position, sometimes it just resets all the progress.
8. Sometimes after turning on the screen, it shows some artifacts on the screen like a dying video card. It helps to turn it off and on again.
