I’ve currently got a ZMF Atrium and HD800S paired with an Eversolo DAC-Z8 and Singxer SA-1, should I switch to the TA-32 with AKM chip? I’ve heard good things about how well it pairs with the Sennys but haven’t heard anyone comment on it with the Atrium’s yet.

It is great in the atrium closed and 6xx

You would probably be good, if not better, with the AK4499/4191 board.

Sorry, I personally don’t like Sabre, but usually Cirrus Logic is second brightest behind ESS (but there’s no CL board for TA-32) and then after that AKM. Everything else is less bright.
