Does the tube buffer work for all outputs in the back, or only certain ones? Specifically does it work with XLR line out?

Design language aside, it is a very interesting concept. I am more of a separates guy myself, but swappable DACs does make future upgrades possible depending on how long they are willing to support it (similar to Schiit Audio offerings). At $999+ I am wondering how well it will sell (not many direct competitors though).

Are the dac chips the same ones used in the xd05 pro? Would be neat to see a simplified economy for this instead of needing separate dac chips for each unit, and that would absolutely put this dac/amp on my radar for things to buy

Another toy alike designed amp from xduoo
Tbh I actually like the current design language Xduoo has. Say what you will but you can immediately tell it’s an Xduoo product. Then again I also like hakko soldering irons and those look like fisher price toys (doesn’t matter tho they’re top notch).

Everyone has their preferences but at least an Xduoo amp will stand out amongst a sea of industrial black/silver boxes.

It’s so weird but true. I feel like there’s a decent amount of like sub 500$ “entry level” tube amps from Xduoo and little dot and schiit, but then it feels like the next step up is a full 1500$+ for something like a Cayin HA3 or Woo Audio wa6.

It would be interesting to get a side by side comparison between this amp and the Valhalla 3 when it comes out. Granted that if you are looking for an AIO Tube solution the TA-32 is tempting (provided its sound signature appeals to you, TBD).

Interesting. Always love 5U4G tube rectification. Quite flexible as it could be used as an All-in-one or hook it up with an external DAC. Though, I would remove the curvy metal guards on top right away, to make the whole thing look better.

Yes, the DAC modules for the XD05 Pro are the same as TA-32. We should see the Wolfram WM8751 module soon, and hopefully an R2R module sometime this year.

Wonder if they are removable but they sure are ugly, hahaha. A vu-meter would have been the ultimate.
