Thank you for your response!

Do you mean that you can't disclose this inform6, or is that you just don't know? If it's the latter, is there any possibility to contact Shanling engineers? They should know about this, since the information about Class H / Class AB operation is readily available in the Cirrus Logic datasheets.
Can't disclose.

I see, thank you for the honest answer!

Unfortunately, it seems like I'll have to pass on this one then. But I do appreciate at least some degree of transparency here.

Maybe you could answer this, though... Should it perform similarly to Onix Alpha XI1?
I want to know about this as well. I own the Onix Alpha XI1 and I really dig the sound and performance of this DAC AMP. I use it for my PC and on the go when I don't feel like using my DAP.

Similar to modern smartphones, but easier to replace as we using overall a bit simpler and less glued construction.

yes, it still follows our a slightly warmer tuning.

Sorry, can't comment on the H-Mode, not info we would have available.
Thank you for your sharing.

I would also like to know if the sound signature is similar to M5 Ultra or not.

The sound tuning is closer to the ONIX XM1, not the M5 Ultra. M5 Ultra is based on a very different DAC and amps.
Good.
Sound wise how it goes against it’s predecessor: m3 ultra? Same tuning, but with a bit of improvements here and there, or changes more prominent?

A slightly different tuning, overall higher sound quality.

I had a bad experience with Onix XM5 and recently sold it. After some time I start to notice that it has a scoped lower mid range that makes electric guitars sound weak, some other users also noticed that oddness. Maybe it’s happened because of high output impedance that not very suitable for hybrids and low impedance imes i’ve tried. But other people tried single dynamic iems and had the same result…

Anyway, i would like to know that weird XM5 tuning will not repeat in m3 plus. Is it so?

Very different sound between these two.

To summarise, M3 Plus has:

-Neutral to slight warm tuning in common with Onix Alpha Xl1 dongle that has a very positive feedback.
-Elna Silmic II capacitors
- Low output impedance around 1 Ohm at single ended, and 1,5 at balanced that suits for all iems better than high output.
-Android system With Android Global Lossless Output. ( Android itself not important for me personally, as i cary offline music library, but for many people it will be a plus)

Well, i think it’s a good option so far. Will look up for the reviews.
