Introducing Lotoo PAW GT2

You speak about Tsu, so did you try the LPGT2 with external amps through its shared line out? Is it also on top of your ranking using the line out?
Thanks

Yes, using the LPGT2 line out into a Brise Tsu with either my Le Jardin or Aroma Jewel just sounds amazing. Across the entire frequency range. Please keep in mind that I find the new AK3KM warm lacking definition in the bass and upper ranges, and I also find the E7 to be on the warmer side, even though it matches very well with the Annihilator 3 and the Brise Tsu. I don't think people can really hear the Anni without the correct DAC and amplification. Same for the Le Jardin.

Who has heard GT2 and DX320max?
Very curious how they compare soundwise.
Hi, I heard dx320max a few months ago. IMO, it sounds massively, bit punchy , but highs more simple, less air, and high mid more sparkle. I think 320max, in general, sounds simply but more aggressive

Something bugging me with the GT2 is a brief 'click' or two between tracks - has anyone else experienced this? It happens with any album I play, all of which are FLAC and on a 1.5TB Samsung Ultra card.

I have a 2 terabyte SanDisk Extreme Pro and experience no clicks. I wonder if it's a filter or setting...

I tried a full reset and the issue still there so I suspect not related to filters. Might be one I need help from Lotoo with! I even get a click or two when I pause or play a track, it's relatively quiet but certainly audible.

It's due to bitrate changes and it happens with the LPGT too. LPGT Ti is silent though.

I actually got a firmware update last night and it resolved the issue thankfully.

Does the GT2 has option to play music through local network, idealy supporting smb (Samba) protocol? I have a nas storage and I play music on my other devices using Samba. Not by using the LTTP but simply browsing the network folders on the dap directly
